• We subscribe to EASE/EMPLOYEE NAVIGATOR and offer FREE online enrollment for all our employer groups – eliminating the need for paper material in most cases.
• We subscribe to HR Service Inc, an HR consulting firm, to assist employers to produce ERISA and other compliance documents.
• Bond Financial and Insurance Services LLC (BFISLLC) is an active member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).

Our Staff:

Marnie Sauls, a managing member of BFISLLC, has been in the industry for over 20 years.  Marnie has vast experience in managing employer group accounts.

Hunter Sauls, a managing member of BFISLLC, joined us last year, coming over from the mortgage industry.  Hunter excels in plan design and implementation as well as assisting with the EASE/EMPLOYEE NAVIGATOR enrollment platform.

Diane Bond, a managing member of BFISLLC, handles general administration and develops procedures.

Turk Bond, a managing member of BFISLLC, has worked in the insurance industry since 1984. He is a member of the National and California Association of Health Underwriters as well as the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors. Turk has a BA degree in mathematics with a minor in economics from University of Virginia/Wise and is a Certified Financial Planner licensee.©
